i feel like this is the best keyboard case you’re gonna find out there

When I first open the box, it wasn’t a good first impression. The box had dirt and grime on it which isn’t bad as long as the product itself is okay so it’s a small nitpick. Though, the case itself did have a small scratch on top of the logo. Yeah, it’s pretty small and unnoticeable which is not a big deal but I expected it to be in pristine condition considering I paid a lot for this. I can’t help but feel like it was used. Compatibility and functionality wise, there’s no issues so far. Connecting it to Bluetooth is a breeze and the touchpad and typing feels great so I always feel the need to use it. If I were still in school I would pop this sucker up 24/7.

Works as expected

Produce is exactly like what is pictured. Keyboard does not lag and the brightness is great. It has a good weight to it but isn’t heavy so it feels very protective. It feels like a small laptop when carrying. I haven’t had any problems with it and the charge has been great. The hinge that flips up and swivels is very stiff so it doesn’t cause it to flop or move it stays where you put it. It connected fast when I first connected it and still does. I hope it last because I looked for hours for the right one and this one was one of the only ones that matched everything while having good reviews already. So hopefully that it stands up the test of time.

My aunt needed a solid iPad case with a keyboard and trackpad and we didn't want to spend the money for an Apple-branded one. This worked out perfectly.

The iPad snaps securely and firmly in place and the hinge has enough friction to keep the iPad in place without it being too hard to move or too floppy. The exterior of the case is nice and solid and protects the iPad well, even having a lip around the camera to protect the lens. The keys on the keyboard are quick and responsive and don't feel too mushy. It's no Apple Magic Trackpad, but the trackpad also works just fine. The touchscreen will probably get more use than the trackpad anyway. There wasn't any problem connecting it and when turning it on, it connects quickly. For what it is, it works really well.

The only downside to the case that I can find is that you have to charge it separately from the iPad, so when not in use, it'd probably be good to charge both the iPad and the keyboard at the same time. Beyond that, it's a solid case for the 5th gen iPad Air and after more than a month in, it's showing no signs of wear.

This thing is tough!!!! My iPad fell off the pickup on the interstate going 75, used find my iPhone to find it assuming everything got ran over…. THE CASE AND THE IPAD STILL WORK!!! If that doesn’t say enough about the quality of this product for the price I don’t know what will! The iPad did pop out on impact but landed in the grass, ill say it again it flew off a moving vehicle at 75 mph and still works. I use this case everyday for work and it holds up in outside rough conditions, keys work great and feel like my Mac book, holds a charge great and over all sleek! I was planning on ordering a new one after it happened but it still works just fine, great protection! Will rebuy

This is a fantastic iPad case. Its hard plastic case is relatively thin which is ideal for storage purposes. It has a number of stand out features including a fully rotatable top, full keyboard w/iOS shortcuts, and a built in track pad.

The keyboard is perfectly responsive. I love the ability to change the color of the backlighting. The trackpad works wonderfully as well.

The case is constructed from a very sturdy plastic. I chose the purple shade. I would describe the case’s color as a metallic eggplant.

The case arrived pre charged. Included along with the case itself is one usb c charging cable and a detailed instructional pamphlet. I am extremely pleased. Taking into consideration this case’s quality construction, aesthetic appeal, and stand out features, I personally consider its price to be very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Excellent keyboard that expands the utility of your iPad to the extent that it can replace a laptop-I take it everywhere and have recommended it to many. This is the second time I’ve purchased one (only needed replacement because I bought a new iPad). Only issue is the legibility of the keyboard in dark conditions. Though lit (choose from a variety of colors), its still tough to make out under some light conditions.

Update*** I have been using this keyboard case now for nearly two years, multiple times a day, and it still works flawlessly. Still a 5 star product!

This keyboard case for an iPad 10.9" 4th and 5th generation models is sturdy, and protects the ipad very well. The keyboard is backlit, and you can change the colors of the lights. It connects to the tablet via bluetooth. You can swivel the ipad around and fold it closed to hold it like you would without the case for tight places like on a plane. The lid is a little stiff to open which concerned me until I put the tablet in, then it became solid. It will take some getting used to using it though. It feels like a laptop, but of course the tablet works differently. I forget I'm on the tablet and try to use it like a laptop. It'll just take time. Now keep in mind that the keyboard case has a battery and needs to be kept charge like your tablet does, so now you're charging two devices instead of one.

I really this case. The functionality is so much better than the apple keyboard and cover, plus it has full corner protection...or at least it's supposed to.
I've has mine for about a year and it's starting to break down, which is what pictures are of...
The fit was never 100%... it was about 90% and so I accepted it because everything else is awesome. In that year I've only had to charge the keyboard like a dozen times.

I plan on ordering a replacement, but I'm hoping to find one that fits the ipad just slightly better.

I bought this to replace my magic keyboard as I was not happy with it so am able to compare the two. This product is definitely not as well made or feels as sturdy as the magic keyboard. The trackpad is also very poor compared to the magic keyboard, it just has a much more clunky feel to it and two finger scrolling is much more disconnected and also doesn’t seem to scroll down a page as much as the magic keyboard. Compared to the magic keyboard the screen is not as stable while I am typing this, this is likely due to the swivel. The keyboard itself is much louder while typing and feels hollow like it will break with any type of pressure more than normal. You will definitely not be able to quietly type of this in a meeting or in a library so keep that in mind. Installing the ipad was fairly simply but did take a little bit of work. My last negative with it is that when it is fully closed it is not very secure, they screen wants to swivel or it will easily come apart, an elastic band or something to help hold it shut would have been nice (or a stronger magnetic closure). That’s it for the cons, the pros and why I am choosing this over the magic keyboard are that unlike the magic keyboard you can actually use your ipad with this like an ipad. It swivels around and you can hold it in tablet mode. Why apple could not figure this out just blows my mind, their magic keyboard forces you to have to separate the device and now you have two item to keep track of anytime you want to use it in tablet mode, plus you have to use it naked with no case. Also a complaint you will read about the magic keyboard is the angle you are forced when using the keyboard is really uncomfortable and I agree. With this device you on can set your ipad angle up at whatever is more comfortable with you, more more like a laptop. Overall the price is much cheaper than a magic keyboard, though honestly I would prefer it more around the $50 range for the quality.
