How to troubleshoot if some of the keys on my keyboard is not working.


Please see if they’re working on your keyboard:

- On your iPad, go to the Settings menu and select “Bluetooth”, then select “My Devices.”

- find the keyboard case device on the list and choose “Forget this device.”

- Forget other devices as well from the list.

- Toggle the Bluetooth on your iPad to “Off.”

- Turn the iPad off completely

- Turn the iPad on again

- Toggle on the Bluetooth on your iPad to “On.”

- Go to Setting menu and select “Bluetooth”, then select “Other Devices.” Find the Bluetooth keyboard on this list and click on it.

Keyboard is not charging.


Please try to use other charging cable and plugged into a different outlet so we can verify where the problem is.

Also, confirm the LED status on your keyboard's battery indicator light from (RED, BLUE, GREEN).

Keyboard is not connecting with the Bluetooth of my iPad.

- Go to Setting menu and select “Bluetooth”, then select “Other Devices.” Find the Bluetooth keyboard on this list and click on it.

Touchpad is not working on Flexbook touch.


1. Keep your iPad connected with the keyboard.

2. Go to iPad setting to open the assistive touch function: Setting --Accessibility-- (PHYSICAL AND MOTOR) Touch --Assistive Touch -- open

3. The mouse pointer of the touchpad appears automatically, it starts working.

4. Stop using the touchpad for more than 15 seconds, the mouse pointer disappears from the iPad automatically.

5. The mouse pointer appears again when using the iPad

With the backlight on and under normal use, it can last 6-12 hours .

With the backlight off and under normal use, it can last 10-15 days.


Is the battery can be replaced 


NO, the keyboard has a built-in battery.
