How can I find my iPad model?
Go to iPad setting - General -About - Click on the iPad model to get A1234 eg.
How long is the warranty period for Typecase products?
All Typecase keyboards come with a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. You must register your warranty at https://typecase.co/pages/warranty.
Should any quality issues arise during this period, we will gladly replace your product with a new one or provide an appropriate solution after verifying your order details.
Does the keyboard need to be charged separately?
Yes, the keyboard has a built-in rechargeable battery, so it needs to be charged separately from your iPad.
You can charge it using the Type-C charging cable included in the package.
Can I interact with the instructor or other students during the course?

How to connect the keyboard
1. Turn on keyboard, blue indicator flash on the keyboard
2. Open iPad bluetooth
3. Typecase keyboard device name show on the Other devices
4. click on that device name
5. Wait for a second and press pair button
6. Keyboars shows connected, satrt enjoy your keyboard
When i need to charge the keyboard?
The red battery indicator will flash on the keyboard case when the battery level below 10%
How to reset the keyboard
Press and hold the C+R+L keys simultaneously for 2-3 seconds to reset to factory settings. Release the keys when the indicator light starts flashing. Then, reconnect the keyboard to the iPad and retest.
How do I configure the touchpad?
1. Turn on Tap to click
Setting - General - Trackpad - TURN ON Tap to click
2. change the scroll direction based on my preference
Setting - General - Trackpad - Turn on/off Nature scrolling
The iPad screen keyboard pops up when I'm typing. How can I fix this?
Turn off On screen keyboard
1. Accessibility - Touch - AssistiveTouch - TURN OFF Show onscreen keyboard
2. Turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).
To be eligible for a return, the *** must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it
