GENERAL INFORMATION


How does the program work?

The Typecase Affiliate Program allows you to earn money by referring customers to our webpages, including home, product pages and blog. Each time you refer a customer to one of our pages and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission (a percentage of each sale). We handle the transaction processing, inventory, fulfillment and customer service. We provide you with detailed reports on sales referred from your website, and every month, we send you a check for the commission you earned.



Will I be able to promote products from the entire Typecase family of brands?

Yes! Typecase's family of brands are all under the same program. By signing up, you will have access to and be able to drive traffic to all of our brands.

What does it cost to join?

Applying to and participating in the Typecase Affiliate Program is absolutely FREE. There are no fees of any kind - there is no charge to apply and no minimum sales requirement.

How do I create links to Typecase's family of brands?

When logged into the partner dashboard, navigate to Ads > Ads & Links > Get Code to get all available ad codes and links. On the dashboard page of the partner account, you can also use the "CREATE LINK" widget to create shorter links and generate deep linked links.


Can I take the order on my website?

No. Catalog, pricing and availability updates are all part of our integrated catalog and ordering platform.


Is my website eligible to become a Typecase Affiliate?

Anyone may submit an application. However, we reserve the right to deny membership to a website or revoke a website's membership any time if we deem it contains or links to objectionable material. Objectionable material includes, but is not limited to, pornography, explicit language or content, violence, discrimination, promotion of illegal activities, violation of intellectual property rights or laws, libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials, or websites with little or no original content.


Can a website outside of the US become an affiliate?

Yes - affiliates based outside the US can join the program as long as they state their promotional area includes the US. We only accept US orders for now.

What if I operate more than one website?

You can have multiple websites under one affiliate account. 


Can I use the Typecase logo and names on my site?

Yes. You can use the logos and names on your site, but you must use logos provided via the affiliate program.


TRACKING, REFERRAL FEES AND PAYMENT

How can we track orders?

All links from your website to Typecase contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your website, we can credit you when a purchase is made. Make sure that all links on your website are created on Impact so that they are tracked correctly.


What is the technology behind the tracking?

We use a third party affiliate tracking system. You will have access to an online, password-protected reporting system on Impact.com that will provide you detailed statistics for your website. To be able to identify and track visitors and properly assign commissions to referring websites, we append a unique code for each visitor to each page and each link within the page seen by the visitor. This code follows the user throughout the website. When the visitor completes a purchase, the code is examined and the dollar amount of the sale, together with the Source ID of the referring website, is stored in our database so that your commission can be calculated. Using Impact's tracking, Typecase will also give you credit for cookied sales within 30 days of an initial click from your website to Typecase . Cookied sales are sales that have come from customers that have visited Typecase directly within 30 days of visiting Typecase after linking from your website. However, there are situations when you won't get credit. For example, if someone follows a link from your website to Typecase , and browses but doesn't buy anything, and later follows a link from another Typecase affiliate website, the code for the second referring site will replace yours.


How can I keep track of how many people I refer?

We provide unlimited access to detailed reports that allow you to track sales and traffic activity. There are numerous reports on Impact that are updated daily. These reports tell you how many users saw and clicked-through links to Typecase from your website, how many orders were placed, which products were purchased, how much your website has earned in commission and much more. These reports will help you maximize your revenue.


How much will I be paid?

Commission rates are based on the net sales you generate per month and vary by brand. You can earn up to a 10% standard commission on all products. If a customer comes to Logitech directly from your website or directly to Logitech within 30 days of visiting your website and then buys any merchandise on Logitech, you get credit. It does not matter what type of merchandise you sell or link to from your website.

What are the standard commission rates for each brand?

You can earn up to a 10% standard commission. Commission rates are based on the net sales you generate per month. 

When will I be paid?

You will be paid approximately 90 days after a commissionable sale is completed. This time allows for returns and adjustments to be made.


Will I earn referral fees for personal orders?
